Josh Parish is the broker and owner of Emerald Coast Acquisitions, a private real estate practice serving Destin and 30A.

His career began under a Hall of Fame broker known for hard-nosed negotiation, first-class marketing, and meticulous pricing — drinking from a firehose of real estate sales wisdom. That foundation defines the practice today.
